What helps a correction

If a result looks wrong, include the balance, APR, minimum, and extra payment you typed, which strategy you selected, and what you expected to see. The formulas are public on How this calculator works. A mismatch with a card statement is often the daily-balance method or a minimum that changes, which this page does not model. Those cases are described in the interest guide.

Privacy requests

Requests to access or delete personal data go to the same address. Please read the privacy policy first: balances you type into the calculator are not sent to us, so there is usually no calculator entry to look up. The terms of service explain what the estimates are and are not.

This page does not include a form, because a form would imply that a server is receiving your message. Email is the whole channel until a working mailbox is confirmed.
